Ingredients:
London Broil or any large piece of red meat
1 Onion
1 Apple (Galas works good for this)
1 Anaheim Pepper
Garlic Cloves
For Sauce:
Ketchup
Sugar
Cheyenne
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Chili Powder
Ginger Powder
Whatever spices you like really
Steps
1. Trim the meat as you like saving the good pieces that don’t
have too much fat on it.
2. Hallow out the meat by cutting into one
side and opening with your hand.
3. Cut the onion, apple, Anaheim pepper, and
garlic cloves into slices, then mix together and stuff inside the meat. Put as much in as
possible.
4. Rub the outside of the meat
with the powders that you will use for the sauce.
5. Put the stuffed meat and any
left over scraps and slices into an oiled baking pan and cook at 350 or so.
Sauce Steps
In a small bowl combine ketchup, sugar, and whatever spices
you like although I would recommend at least using Cheyenne, cinnamon, nutmeg,
chili powder, and ginger powder. Parsley, rosemary, and cloves also work well.
Create a barbeque sauce to taste by just adding sugar and spices to the
ketchup.
Once the meat is cooked to the desired amount, cover with
the sauce and broil for a minute just to make the barbeque sauce hot and a
little crispy.
Enjoy!
You can cook this on a barbeque too. It’s even better that
way. Great for Fall weather.
