Steps
1. Cover hotdogs with ground beef. This will take some molding,
rolling, and removing of excess meat.
2. Then wrap in bacon.
3. Bake at 400 degrees until ground beef and bacon are cooked. Probably
40-60 mins.
If you want to make them a little fancier you can use ground
buffalo, smoked sausages, and capicola slices but you will want to first wrap
the sausage in capicola then cover with ground buffalo.
If you want to get really crazy you can insert a chopstick
into the cooked meat log then dip in corndog batter and fry in canola oil to
make a decadent corndog. Here is a good
corndog batter recipe that can be found online.
